This song was very special because It was really our first recording session and it just came out absolutely wonderful. I recorded it on the Manley Reference Cardiod which truly made her already enchanting vocals sparkle. This is one of my favorite mixes because it was effortless and everything fell into place.

TravvTigo truly has captured his sound over the years while working with me. This track in specific just always sounded completely polished to me. I wanted to bring the Modern sound that has been depicted on the radio after hearing this track recorded on the mix. I worked to make sure the vocals sat in the forefront without becoming overbearing. If you listen to the ending of the track I asked him to incorporate an extra layer on the final hook to really make that moment shine and I think it came out wonderfully.

The “Rodney Freestyle” track was meant to showcase the sound of my studio after making all the necessary upgrades to achieve the industry quality I have desired. Fortunately the song itself became a phenomenon of it’s own. The Reverb on this record is beautifully engrained in the mix. The Manley Reference Cardiod blended itself with the Tube Tech CL1B compressor brilliantly. Long story short listen for yourself!
